The Kettlebell Club Announces July 26th Introductory Workshop
The best introduction to kettlebells is one of these workshops: Three RKC Certified teachers; a maximum of 10 students; over 3 hours of hands-on training covering the basics! The fundamentals such as the Swing, the Clean, the Snatch, the Dead lift, the Turkish Get Up and more are expertly presented in a way that is great for beginners and  veterans who want to refine their form.

The Level 1 Workshop
