Level 1 Workshop
Houston's Kettlebell Club
Jay Armstrong (AKC coach and former RKC Team Leader) together with David Cogswell (AKC Coach and RKC Instructor) will be joining forces to bring you the Level 1 Kettlebell Workshop.
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Learn the proper techniques from these kettlebell experts. After this introductory workshop you will be able to purchase a kettlebell and begin working out on your own. This handheld gym will improve your strength, stamina, and mobility.
Techniques covered in this workshop include the 5 core kettlebell lifts:
- the swing
- the clean
- the press
- the kettlebell snatch
- the turkish get-up
Date of Workshop: Saturday, March 30th, 2013 from 8:15 a.m. 'til 12:15 p.m.
Price is $169 per person.
Register by March 15th for ONLY $139 !!! (A $30 Savings!).
Pre-Registration is Required. No Reservations will be accepted after March 25th. If you are registering prior to March 15th, you may pay online.
NOTE: Enrollment will be limited to 12 people. Wear comfortable workout clothing and expect to sweat! Bring a towel. Most people workout barefoot but dance shoes or other thin-sole shoes are allowed.
